The Problem
A special design team was put together to design and build a new hub for Chase.com’s security features at a faster and more agile pace than was normally achieved. Then COVID-19 hit and our priorities changed. Where do we go from here?
the solution
Creating a clear and prioritized backlog alongside Product and Tech made the it possible to design and launch a functioning COVID-19 help hub in two sprints. Iteration followed.
